Applying update stuck, credits taken, no response from support

Signed up last Saturday, it is now Thursday. Have not managed to get passed account updates meaning that I have used your app for zero minutes. Needed to work on Revit but now I am 4 days behind schedule, 100 credits short and 5 days ripped off on my monthly membership...

Asked for updates but ignored for almost 3 days now. What is going on here?
