OK so I was using a trial account this morning decided to sign up. During my session today, you debited by trial account for a full hour of credits, which was fine. Then I signed up for the paid account, my screen refreshed and I was given only 440 credits. Double-dipping is not cool, Frame. I can't seem to find a way to contact support other than posting here for the world to see - please credit my account properly so I can begin my paid account with the full 500 credits I paid for.
