Switching System from AIR to PRO not finished after 3 days!

I purchased the standard plan and installed an app which needs high end graphics. So I switched from AIR to PRO but even after 3 days the account still shows it is switching to the new configuration!

Please, help! It doesn't even matters if I had to reinstall the app if you have to reset the whole machine, but I need the PRO configuration.
