Applying update

On logging in I get the message "applying updates" so far 10 credits have been used up

    This is expected, sometimes the system requires updates that should take anywhere from 5-10 minutes. If there are updates, they will be applied when you start a session from your Launchpad, or power on your Desktop. If this lasts longer than 5-10 minutes, please submit a ticket to our support team by e-mailing support@fra.me

  • i am getting back-to-back daily "applying updates" - why can't these be consolidated and applied no more than once a week - why does it burn user minutes????

    today - stuck at "starting....98%" for 5 minutes, then it began "applying updates" ..... please provide a user setting to control updates eg "weekly" or better, "monthly" ..... this has huge impact on usability where i need to use the app daily for about 10 minutes ..... but these issues are becoming a major time suck on usability.....i am literally spending more time watching your "starting...." and your "applying updates" than i am using my app!!!!!
