Account still activating after 17 hours

Hi, I reactivated my account yesterday and after 17 hours it is still in a status of "Activating".

I cant run any apps or access my desktop as I get a message saying "Your account is restoring, please try again later".

Can anyone look at this for me please.

    It looks like there was an issue in activating the account. I've cancelled your plan and re-signed up for it, and your account now appears active. This may, however, have charged you again. Please send a support ticket by emailing [email protected] and ask for John, and I'll forward that ticket to our billing department to refund any erroneous charges.
